1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UB Institute & Training website and enrolling in our courses, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after receiving full payment or the first installment (for EMI options).
- Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
- We reserve the right to cancel enrollment if false information is provided.
- Course schedules and batch timings are subject to change with prior notice.
3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy
- All fees must be paid as per the selected payment plan.
- Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Razorpay.
- Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
- Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment (before course starts) may be considered with a 20% administrative deduction.
- Course transfer to another batch is allowed once, subject to availability.
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and respect towards faculty and fellow students
- Attend classes regularly (minimum 80% attendance required for certification)
- Not engage in any form of harassment, cheating, or misconduct
- Not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
- Take care of institute property and resources
Violation of these rules may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
5. Certification
- Certificates are issued only upon successful course completion.
- Minimum 80% attendance is required to receive a certificate.
- Students must complete all assignments and projects (where applicable).
- Certificate verification can be done through our official website.
6. Placement Assistance
- Placement assistance is provided but employment is not guaranteed.
- Students must cooperate with the placement team and attend scheduled interviews.
- We connect students with potential employers but final selection depends on the employer's decision.
- Placement support is available for 6 months after course completion.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, logos, and trademarks are the property of UB Institute & Training. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
UB Institute & Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
